• Business Office
  Trained business office personnel assist with billing and insurance payments. These are the people who register patients for both outpatient and inpatient services. The office hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

• Cardiac Rehabilitation
  Our Rehabilitation program combines education with exercise to create a personal plan to help manage your cardiac health.

• CEO

• CFO
  In charge of all financial aspects in the operations of Stevens County
  Hospital. Responsibilities include budgeting, financial statement preparation, and
  making sure the hospital continues to allocate resources with integrity.
  
   
• Case Management
  Case Management is comprised of a RN Case Manager and a Social Service Designee. Together they coordinate an interface between patient needs, Physicians Treatment regimens and the facilities survival.

• Health Information Department
  The Health Information Department is responsible for maintenance of a patient record to meet guidelines of licensing and accrediting agencies. This involves a variety of functions including, ensuring accurate and appropriate data is maintained in a confidential manner and coding for proper classification and reimbursement according to payment structure.
  
  
• Environmental Services
  We have a trained housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and well kept environment throughout the hospital and medical clinic.
  
  
• Human Resources
  This department handles all personnel policy and procedures including retirement accounts, health and other insurance benefits for hospital employees.
  
  
• Maintenance
  The Maintenance department works 24 hour/day to ensure smooth running of all environmental services throughout the hospital including heating and cooling, electrical and repairs.
  
  
• Materials Management
  This department performs all the purchasing and distribution of supplies throughout the hospital and Medical Clinic.
  
  
• Nuclear Medicine
  Our Nuclear Medication Department performs a variety of tests to aid our physicians in diagnosing and treating individuals.

• Payroll/Accounts Payable
  Responsible for paying the hospital accounts as well as the employee payroll.
